Location
It's been said that a business is based on three important factors: location - location - location. While location is important, it is only one part of the overall mix in creating a profitable car wash business. Relying on surveys and traffic counts is not enough! Your local GinSan distributor is the professional who can help you decide if a particular piece of property is suitable for your needs.

Lot dimensions, building positioning, curb cuts, proximity to traffic lights and many other factors are considered by your GinSan distributor based on years of experience.
